1. The Human-Centered Technology Lab is looking for motivated and enthusiastic research professor(s) or postdoctoral research associate(s).

2. Preferred Qualification

• Ph.D. in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, etc.

• Research interests in one or more of the following areas: Autonomous Vehicle, VR/AR, AI, Smart Factory, Behavior Modeling, etc.

• Strong background in quantitative/qualitative data collection and analysis, statistical analysis, programming skills for data analytics (ML/DL) or development (e.g., Unity/Unreal for VR/AR)

• Good publication record in journals and conferences of related fields

• Oral and written fluency in English

3. Salary and working condition

• The basic salary will be KRW 30,000,000~50,000,000 per year depending on work experience and qualifications

• Postdocs in the lab can get monetary incentives based on the submission and publication of SCI/SSCI journal papers

• Depending on the qualification and funding circumstance, the prospective postdoc will get paid from the university or postdoc scholarship program of the National Research Foundation of Korea.

• The position is for the 1 year contract, and there is a possibility to be extended depending on the performance

4. NRFK Scholarship Funding lists (I can recommend prospective postdocs to one of the following postdoc scholarship programs)

   • Brain Pool Program (for all international scholars; application due - Jan to Aug)

   • Global Koreas Scholarship (for all international scholars; application due - Apr)

   • Postdoc Fellowship (for international scholars from developing countries; application due - around May)
